VIBRATION-ROTATION BANDS OF HYDROGEN AND DEUTERIUM SELENIDE
Publisher:
Ohio State UniversityAbstract:
“Measurement and analysis of the pure rotational absorption spectra of hydrogen and deuterium selenide have yielded ground state energy levels and rotational constants. The regions of absorption of the fundamental vibration-rotation bands of $H_{2}Se$ and $D_{2}Se$ have been measured with a resolution of about $0.3 cm^{-1}$ using a vacuum, prism-grating spectrograph. Some evidence for isotopic bands due to isotopes of selenium has been found. Analysis of some of the fundamental bands has yielded excited state rotational constants and band centers.”
