A large basset hound flanked by cameo portraits of President George H.W. Bush and text that reads "Iran Affair." Double full-length portraits of Dan and Marilyn Quayle surround three quotes by Quayle that read "I stand by all the misstatements that I've made," "People that are really very weird can get into sensitive positions and have a tremendous impact on history," and "The Gulf War was 'a stirring victory for the forces of aggression against lawlessness.'" An early proof has similar compositional elements, although the central image is not a dog but President Ronald Reagan.
