The consent agenda included the following resolutions: Resolutions in Memoriam, Appointment of a Charter Trustee, Compensation Philosophy, Ratification of Committee Appointments 2013-2014, Personnel Actions, University Foundation Report, Naming of Stadium Terrace, Naming of Jogging Path, Naming of Faculty Office, Naming of Sports and Wellness Scholars Program, Naming of Internal Spaces, Naming of Cube Breakout Room, Name Removal, Name of Leadership and Engagement Office, Distinguished Service Awards, Contract, Easement, Amendments to the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff of the Ohio State University Hospitals, and Ratification of Appointments to the Wexner Medical Center Board. The appendices included processes, budgets, building plans, and maps that were not already present in the minutes.en_US
