Abstract:
Colophon: Two hundred and fifty copies of this keepsake were printed at the Logan Elm Press & Papermill, the Arts-of-the-Book Laboratory of The Ohio State University. The broadsides were designed and printed by Robert Tauber and Russell McKnight with assistance from Jack Shifman, Margaret Evans and Robert Boyce using Rives BFK and Joanna types set at Harold Berliner's Typefoundry. Dr. Ralph Rosenblum designed and fabricated the envelope. Contributions for this commemorative keepsake have been excerpted from the following works: Act Two, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? copyright 1962 by Edward Albee; Poor Russell's Almanac copyright 1972 by Russell Baker; "Snow" from Where You'll Find Me copyright 1983 by Ann Beattie; "Cats Vis a Vis Dogs," from Now, Where Were We? copyright 1988 by Roy Blount, Jr.; "To the Hoop" from Absent Friends copyright 1989 by Frederick Busch. "Thousands Cheer" preface copyright 1992 by Michael J. Rosen. Original portraits of the writers, copyright 1992 by Sidney Chafetz. All Rights Reserved. Our special thanks to Warner Cable Communications for a grant that assisted in the production of this commemorative keepsake.
