Abstract

Colophon: Two hundred and fifty copies of this keepsake were printed at the Logan Elm Press & Papermill, the Arts-of-the-Book Laboratory of The Ohio State University. The broadsides were designed and printed by Robert Tauber and Russell McKnight with assistance from Jack Shifman, Margaret Evans and Robert Boyce using Rives BFK and Joanna types set at Harold Berliner's Typefoundry. Dr. Ralph Rosenblum designed and fabricated the envelope.
