Abstract

This item is the meeting minutes of the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University held on March 5, 2004 at the Ohio State University Longaberger Alumni House, Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Sofia started the meeting off with the Chairman's Report and President Karen A. Holbrook gave the President's Report. Heather Dysart was given the Student Recognition Award. The consent agenda included the following resolutions: Appreciation to Jeffrey L. Molyet, Waiver and Naming of a Building Complex, University Membership in University Health system Consortium Inc., Revisions to the Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedure, Distinguished Service Awards, Degrees and Certificates - Winter Quarter Commencement, Personnel Actions, Resolutions in Memoriam, Report of Research Contracts and Grants, Report on University Development, Request for Design and Construction Authorization, Roadway Easement City of Gahanna County of Franklin Ohio, Temporary License Agreement for Roadway Improvements City of Gahanna County of Franklin Ohio, and Presidential Evaluation Process. Mike Goodman, Karen Weise, and Jamie Depelteau gave the Student Leadership Presentation. The appendices included processes, budgets, building plans, and maps that were not already present in the minutes.
