The consent agenda included the following: Regional Campus Board Appointment, Creation of the William E. Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity in the Americas, Naming the Law Auditorium, Personnel Actions, Resolutions in Memoriam, Report of Research Contracts and Grants, Report on University Development, Waivers of Competitive Bidding Requirements, Construction Contracts - Amendment to Resolution 2003-47, Employment of Architects/Engineers, Roadway Easement (for CITY OF COLUMBUS, STREET CORNER AT THE INTERSECTION OF WEST 11TH AVENUE AND HIGH STREET), and Medical Practice Plan. The appendices included processes, budgets, building plans, and maps that were not already present in the minutes.en_US
