A PUMP/PROBE OPTICAL-MICROWAVE DOUBLE RESONANCE (PPOMDR) STUDY OF CaSH.
Publisher:
Ohio State UniversityAbstract:
Employing a pump/probe microwave-optical double resonance experiment in tandem with a laser ablation/reaction scheme for molecular $production^{1}$ a study of the lowest rotaional levels of the ground electronic state, $(000) \tilde{X}^{2} A$; of CaSH has been performed. Using predictions from the high resolution optical analysis of $CaSH^{2}$ several microwave transitions have been recorded. In the initial studies proton hyperfine splittings have been observed. Progress on the recording of further transitions and an analysis of all the results will be presented.
