dc.description.abstractLinewidths of $SO_{2}$ pressure broadened by He, $H_{2}, N_{2}$, and $O_{2}$ have been measured between 90 and 500 K. Several rotational transitions of the ground vibrational state were studied in an equilibrium cell over the 160 to 500 K temperature range. In addition, the technique of collisional cooling was used to obtain pressure broadening data between 90 and 130 K. The temperature and state-to-state variations of the measure pressure broadening parameters will be discussed.en_US
