THE EXTENDED BORKMAN POTENTIAL
Publisher:
Ohio State UniversityAbstract:
It will be shown that the Borkman potential [1] is a particular case of an effective potential which describes internal motions in the soft body model of a molecule [2] - where the Hamiltonia is given by the equation $\[ H = \sum^{f}_{n=1} \frac{p^{2}_{1}}{2\mu_{1}}+ U + \frac{R^{2}}{2\mu_{i} r^{2}} - \frac{K^{2}}{2\mu_{1} r^{2}}\]$ Analysis of eigenvalues obtained from this potential will be presented.
