dc.description.abstractThe microwave spectrum of $PHF_{2}-BH_{3}$ has been analyzed. Rotational constants have been obtained for the normal isotopic species, $PHF_{2}-^{10}BH_{3}$, and $PDF_{2}-BH_{3}$. The structure of difluoro-phosphine borane has been determined through the use of derived moments of inertia and an assumed structure for the $BH_{3}$ group.en_US
