dc.description.abstractHigh resolution radio frequency spectra of HCN have been obtained for the states: $\begin{array}{lll}0\,00 & J &1\\ 0\,1^{10} & J &1,2,3\\0\,2^{10} &J&2,3\\0\,2^{\circ}0 & J &1\end{array}$ Analysis of these spectra together with spectroscopy of higher vibrational states of HCN and of DCN is in progress.en_US
