dc.description.abstractSeveral line positions in the $\nu_{4}$ bands of $^{14}NH_{3}$ have been located relative to $\nu_{2}$ band lines of $H_{2}{^{16}O}$, and comparisons made with published values. Line strengths and Lorentz broadening coefficients have been measured for some lines in these bands.For $H_{2}{^{16}O}$ lines, measurements were made to determine shifts.en_US
