dc.description.abstractFor trans-1,2-dideuteriocyclobutane vibrational circular dichroism has been measured in $CCl_{4}$ solution and localized molecular orbital calculations have been performed. The results are compared with previously reported gas phase and fixed partial charge spectra. A similar comparison for 1,3-dideuteriaollene will also be made.en_US
