Line intensities are reproduced to better than 6\% (30) under completely independent experimental conditions. In these experiments absorption pathlengths are varied from 2 cm to 100m as appropriate, and intensity measurements are conducted on samples with total pressures between 0.01 Torr and 6 Torr. Intensities reported here for $^{12}C^{16}O^{17}O$ and for hot band transitions of the major isotope differ significantly from those previously reported. We will describe the experiments and our results in this paper.
