ABSOLUTE INTENSITIES OF THE $\nu_{2}$ BANDS OF $^{14}ND_{3}$ AND $^{15}ND_{3}$

Line profiles in the $\nu_{2}$ bands of $^{14}ND_{3}$ and $^{15}ND_{3}$ ($600-900 cm^{-1})^{1}$ have been measured on a Fourier transform spectrometer. Absolute intensities were determined for numerous individual rotational lines taken at 10 torr and also for pressure-broadened K-multiplets taken at 200 torr. We find the vibrational dipole transition moment to be $0. 180 \pm 0.010$ Debye for each inversion state and for both isotopic species of $ND_{3}$.
