Fluorescence from the upper level forms a long progression in the bending vibration which reaches a maximum intensity at ${v_{2}^{""}} {\approx} 12$.. The detailed intensity distribution of fluorescence allows comparison of observed and calculated Franck-Condon factors, giving additional information about the vibrational wavefunction in the excited electronic state. en_US dc.format.extent 67744 bytes dc.format.mimetype image/jpeg dc.language.iso English en_US dc.publisher Ohio State University en_US dc.title INTENSITY DISTRIBUTION IN THE $2B_{1} \rightarrow 2A_{1}$ FLUORESCENCE OF $NO_{2}$ en_US dc.type article en_US
