Abstract: By means of microwave spectroscopy and electron diffraction the structure of ${CH_{2}}ClC=CCl$ was investigated. The infrared and Raman spectra have been reanalyzed. As a result of a normal coordinate analysis together with information from the microwave spectroscopy investigation and the electron diffraction pattern analysis, an $r_{av}$ structure has been determined. The striking result is that the $C-C=C-Cl$ group is non-linear.
