Abstract: The infrared emission spectrum of 90\% enriched $^{13}CO_{2}$ has been measured in high resolution at $4.5 \mu$m. The vibration-rotation bands, including the $00_{0}(\nu_{3} - 1)$ and the $01^{1}\nu_{3} - 01^{1}(\nu_{3} - 1$) sequences, were observed using a d.c. excited $^{13}CO_{2} - N_{2} - He$ discharge. The results of the analysis will be presented.
