dc.description.abstract The absorption strengths of 360 unblended $H_{2} O$ lines have been measured with high resolution in the region 6990 $cm^{-1}$ to 7510 $cm^{-1}$. The absorption intensities of the lines in the (200), (101), (021), and (002) bands have been analyzed to determine their band strengths and the coefficients of their F factors. Local interactions between individual levels have been analyzed where they occur. en_US
