Abstract: The $J = 1 \leftarrow 0$ rotational transitions have been observed in the ground vibrational state of $^{10}B{^{19}F}$ and $^{11}B{^{19}F}$ produced in the gas phase by a discharge in flowing $BF_{3}$. Rotational constants, nuclear electric quadrupole coupling constants and the electric dipole moment have been determined for the ground vibrational state. Details of the production system and the molecular constants derived from these measurements will be presented.
