Issue Date: 1970 Publisher: Ohio State University Abstract: We have measured the $l$-type doubling ($\Delta J = + 1, \Delta l = 0$) for hydrogen cyanide and methinophosphide and extended the ground state measurements on methinophosphide into the submillimeter region. The obtained l-type doubling constants will be compared with existing values and a discussion of the interaction constant $\alpha_{2}$ into harmonic and anharmonic contributions will be attempted.
