Title: THE $^{18}O_{3}$ ABSOPTION SPECTRUM $3.3 \mu m$. Creators: Flaud, J.- M.; Camy-Peyret, C.; Rinsland, C. P.; Devi, V. Malathy; Smith, M. A. H.; Barbe, A. Issue Date: 1989 Publisher: Ohio State University Abstract: Spectra of ozone generated from a 99.98\% pure oxygen sample were recorded covering the $2800-3500 cm^{-1}$ at $0.010 cm^{-1}$ resolution with the McMath Fourier transform interferometer at the National Solar Observatory on Kitt Peak. The first extensive analysis of the 4 bands $3\nu_{3}, 2\nu_{3} +\nu_{1}, 2\nu_{1} +\nu_{3}$ and $3\nu_{1}$ absorbing in this spectral region has been performed leading to a precise set of rotational energy levels for the 4 vibrational interacting states ((003), (201), (102), (300)). These experimental levels were then reproduced with the aid of a Hamiltonian taking into account the various resonances (Coriolis, Darling-Dennison) affecting the levels. Moreover, using the equivalent width method, intensities of lines belonging to the four bands were measured with a relative uncertainty of about 10\% and used to determine the corresponding transition moment constants. Finally, from the vibrational energies, rotational and coupling constants as well as transition moment constants a complete and precise list of the line positions and intensities of the $3\nu_{3}, 2\nu_{3} + \nu_{1}, \nu_{3} + 2\nu_{1}$ and $3\nu_{1}$ bands of $^{16}O_{3}$ has been generated.
