Abstract: The rotational spectrum of disulfane has been recorded between 30 and $340 cm^{-1}$ with a resolution of approximately .$0025 cm^{-1}$. These measurements were carried out in the HRFTS Laboratory at the Justus-Liebig-Universit\""{a}t in GieBen in a new absorption cell specially designed for such quasi-stable molecules, and provide a text-book example of the perpendicular spectrum of a nearly prolate rotor. The assignment and analysis of a large number of features up to $90 cm^{-1}$ will be presented.
