Issue Date: 1984 Publisher: Ohio State University Abstract: High resolution FT-IR spectra has been recorded with a Bomem interferometer ($\Delta \nu = 0.004 cm^{-1}$) and covers the region from 890 to $1580 cm^{-1}$. Doppler limited diode laser data of selected regions have also been recorded. Line positions have been analysed including the extensive Coriolis coupling effects between the upper states. The diode laser data has been used to obtain absolute line strengths for $H_{2}CO$. The line position and line strength information is being compiled for use in domestic air pollution monitoring and astro-physical search applications.
