Title: ROTATIOXAL SPECTRUM OF SULFURYL BROMIDE FLUORIDE Creators: Raley, John M.; Wollrab, James E. Issue Date: 1973 Abstract: The rational spectra of $SO_{2} {^{79}BrF}$ and $SO_{2} {^{81}BrF}$ have been obtained between 18 and 40 GHz. Both molecules are near prolate symmetric rotors with a and b-type dipole components. A least-squares fit of the observed moments of inertia obtained by correcting for the bromine quadrupole interaction yields r(S - Br) = $2.155 \pm 0.006$ {\AA} and $)\!\!\!\!\!\!<$ FSBr = $100.6^{\circ} \pm 1.5^{\circ}$ as structural parameters when r(S - O) = 1.407 \AA, r(S - F) = 1.56 \AA, and $)\!\!\!\!\!\!< OSO = 123.7^{\circ}$ are assumed.
