Abstract: By using CW perturbation-facilitated optical-optical double resonance (PFOODR) fluorescence excitation and resolved fluorescence spectroscopic techniques we have experimentaly observed the $2^{3}\Sigma^{+}_{g}, 3^{3}\Sigma^{+}_{g}, 3^{3}\Pi_{g}, 4^{3}\Sigma^{+}_{g}$ and $1^{3}\Delta_{g}$ Rydberg Mates and the $1^{3}\Sigma-g$ and $2^{3}\Pi^{-} _{g}$ doubly excited valence states. Parturbations of the $2^{3}\Pi_{g} \sim 1^{3}\Sigma^{-} _{g}$ system have been observed and the off-diagonal rotation-electronic perturbation parameter $\beta$ has been determined. The hyperfine Structure of most of the states has been resolved and characterized by $(b_{al})$ or $(b_{ss})$ coupling case. Molecular constants and RKR potential energy curves have bean obtained.
