Title: ANALYSIS OF THE $v_{3}$ and $v_{2}$ FUNDAMENTAL BANDS OF DI-ACETYLENE Creators: Arie, E.; Johns, J. W. C. Issue Date: 1992 Publisher: Ohio State University Abstract: The two long lying bending fundamentals $v_{s}$ and $v_{g}$ of di-acetyline ($C_{4}$$H_{2}$) near 628 and $220 cm^{-1}$ have been recorded at a resolution of about $0.0014 cm^{-1}$ (FWHM) with a modified Bomem DA3.002 Fourier transform, spectrometer. The principal results for these two fundamentals are: $V_{s}=627.89423(10), B_{se}=0.146464670(5)$ and $B_{sf}=0.14651508(2) V_{g}=219.97713(10), B_{ge}=0.14672659(1)$ and $B_{gf}=0.14693191(2)$ Several hot bands have also been observed and they have been fitted with effective parameters. Some of the hot bands have also been fitted using a Hamiltonian which accounts for the various l-type doubling interactions.
