Abstract: Additional data will be presented on the rotational structure of the 0-0 band of the $^{3}\Pi - X^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ transition of BCI, initially reported by Lebreton, Marsigny and $Ferran^{1}$, at 4940 \AA. The present studies also have resulted in the new observation of the 1-0 band of the same system.
