Abstract: D_{2}O$ and $2ND_{3}.H_{2}O$, at $15^{\circ} K$ $2NH_{3}.D_{2}O$ and $2ND_{3}.H_{2}O$ have been made by mixing the protonated and deuterated species as they condense onto a cesium iodide plate at $80^{\circ} K$ , and crystallizing the consequent glass at $120^{\circ} K$ . $ ND_{3}$ has been incorporated at low concentrations into $2NH_{3} D_{2}O$ and $2NH_{3}.H_{2}O$, as has$ NH_{3}$, into $2ND_{3}.D_{2}O$ and $D_{2}O$ into $2NH_{3}.H_{2}O$. The mid-infrared spectra of these samples at $15^{\circ} K$ and temperatures up to $80^{\circ} K$ provide information about the low-temperature phase and the lambda, specific-heat, transitions at 51.6 and $53.3^{\circ} K$.
