Abstract: The infrared and vibrational circular dichroism spectra of several chiral alcohols in the 2.5-4 $\mu m$ region will be presented. The VCD spectra in $CC1_{4}$ solution can be quite sensitive to changes in concentration, possibly indicative of hydrogen bonding. The experimental rotational strengths of dilute solutions will be compared with those calculated on the basis of the aforementioned charge flow model.
