Abstract: A model for estimating the contribution of electron charge flows in the generation of vibrational rotational strengths will be presented. The model preserves the origin independence of calculated values of rotational strengths seen in the fixed partial charge approach. Characteristics of the model will be compared to those of the fpc method.
