Title: CORIOLIS INTERACTION AND THE VIBRATION-ROTATION SPECTRUM OF $CClF_{3}$
Creators: Scanlon, Kerin; Overend, John
Issue Date: 1980
Abstract: The spectrum of $CClF_{3}$ has been measured at $0.1 cm^{-1}$ resolution and the spacing of the Q branches in many of the perpendicular bands has been determined. From these spacings the Coriolis coefficients have been derived. These experimental values are compared with ones calculated with a Urey-Bradley force field. Of particular interest is the effect of Coriolis interaction on the band contour of combination bands involving two degenerate fundamentals.
