Abstract: The infrared spectra of solid ammoniatrimethylgallane-$d_{0}$, and $–d_{3}$ and trimethylaminetrimethylgallane have been recorded from 4000 to $80 cm^{-1}$. The Raman spectra of the solids have been recorded from 3400 to $25 cm^{-1}$ the Raman spectrum of liquid trimethylaminetrimethylgallane was recorded from 3200 to $50 cm^{-1}$ at a temperature of about $50^{\circ} C$. The Ga-N stretch appears at $357 cm^{-1}$ in $NH_{3}Ga(CH_{3})_{3}$ and at $348 cm^{-1}$ in $ND_{3}Ga (CH_{3})_{3}$. A complete vibrational assignment will be presented for these molecules.
