Abstract: New low-pressure measurements of the oxygen transition at 118.750 GHz have been made with a magnetically-modulated cavity spectrometer at $298^\circ K$ . The line broadening parameters for collision with oxygen, nitrogen, water, helium, and argon are 2.131 $\pm$ 0.037, 2.20 $\pm$ 0.1, 2.30 $\pm$ 0.24, 1.605 $\pm$ 0.060, and 2.014 $\pm$ 0.091 MHz Torr, respectively, with errors at the 95% confidence level.
