John H. Glenn Archives Audiovisual Collection

The Audiovisual Collection Sub-Group contains approximately 100 cubic feet of materials and 314 oversized or framed items documenting the life of Senator John H. Glenn, Jr. and the life of his wife, Anna "Annie" Castor Glenn. The materials date from 1896 to 2016, though the bulk of the materials date from 1959 to 2014. Included in the Audiovisual Collection are materials from the Glenn and Castor families, from John Glenn’s childhood in New Concord, Ohio, from Glenn’s military, space, and corporate careers, and from Glenn’s political career as a United States Senator from Ohio.
