Ohio Cooperative Topographic Survey (Ohio Geological Survey)

The Ohio Cooperative Topographic Survey was a combined effort to map the state at a scale of 1:62,500. The project was done through joint staffing, funding, and project support by the State of Ohio and the U.S. Geological Survey, Topographic Branch. The project's inspector, C.E. Sherman, prepared the four volume final report and the Ohio Original Land Subdivisions map published between 1916 through 1933.
