Abstract:	Zhu Feng is professor of international studies and deputy director of the Center for International and Strategic Studies at Peking University. He is also senior research fellow at the China Institute of Peace and Development and the Center for Contemporary World Affairs. He writes extensively on regional security in East Asia, the North Korean nuclear issue, U.S. national security strategy, and China-U.S. relations.
