Abstract
This item is the meeting minutes of the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University held on December 1, 2010 at the Ohio Union, Columbus, Ohio. Leslie H. Wexner gave the Chairman's Report and introduced Matt O'Rourke, who presented on the University's strategic plan. Dr. Whitacre gave a presentation regarding the Report on Research. The Dean of the Fisher College of Business, Christine Poon, discussed the work that the College has been doing in the area of technology commercialization. Mr. Shumate gave the President's Evaluation Report, which cumulated with President Gee's performance bonus of 37% and Gee's response. President Gee then presented the consent agenda which included only one resolution: Degrees and Certificated Autumn Quarter Commencement.
