Twelve taxa were recognized as new species. Taxa for which this study represent a significant range extension are: Bethbilbeckiafloridensis Fittkau & Murray, Paramerina smithae (Sublette), Radotanypus florens (Johannsen) n. comb., Odontomesa ferringtoni Saether, and Rheocricotopus (s.s.) effusoides Saether.
