| Abstract: | An algorithm for evaluating student laboratory results is presented in which both proximity to the true result (accuracy) and the reproducibility of these results (preeision) can be evaluated. The usefulness of such a scoring device and its pedagogical advantages are presented. The results are described in terms of a computer program LAB GRADE which is available from the authors upon request. |
