Abstract

The fundamental vibration of deuterium sulfide which is observed in the 12-micron region has been reinvestigated using an instrument capable of resolving approximately $0.1 cm^{-1.1}$ Molecular constants derived from both combination difference and band envelope methods will be given. A comparison of the theoretical rigid rotor and centrifugally $distorted^{2}$ intensities with the experimental intensity distribution will also be presented.
