Abstract

The $D^{2}\Sigma^{+} \rightarrow A^{2}\Sigma^{+}$ and $E^{2}\Sigma^{+} \rightarrow D^{2}\Sigma^{+}$ electronic systems have been recorded for the $^{14}N^{16}O$ and $^{15}N^{16}O$ molecules in the $7000 cm^{-1}$ - 9500 $cm^{-1}$ spectral range with a Fourier Transform Interferometer. The analysis of the 0-0, 1-1, 2-2 bands gave us accurate values for the faint spin-rotation constant measured for the first time in the states $D^{2}\Sigma^{+}$ and $E^{2}\Sigma^{+}$. Our values for the $A^{2}\Sigma^{+}$ state are compared with recent laser two photons measurements.
