Abstract

The temperature dependence of the hydrogen bonded O-H stretching vibrations is reported from the Raman spectra of an oriented $H_{2}SeO_{3}$ single crystal. These results along with infrared reflection spectra and the Infrared transmission spectra of thin crystals in the 1st overtone region have aided in an interpretation of the intermolecular coupling effects on the OH crystalline vibrations.
